I actually called in to cancel my mobile service because it would not let me do it online and they could not successfully port any numbers I was trying to bring after 3 weeks. They cancelled my INTERNET, and left my mobile active, even after I specifically said "I want to be clear, I do NOT want to cancel my internet services." and verbally confirmed that with them twice. It was an absolute joke.

When I went to order another phone, it said the code had already been used? It was all in the same order, without checking out.
It sounds like you also ordered 2 different phones, but you didn't get an error when adding the 2nd phone to the cart? Any idea why your process was different? Did you enter the code later in the process, at check-out?
Congratulations
Since you've paid off more than half of this device, you're eligible for an early upgrade. Just return the device to an Xfinity store in like-new condition and pick a new one.Find a Store"
If he does this early upgrade, is he not responsible for the $300 and can still get the $850 off?

Maybe worth a call to double check whether or not an early upgrade can count as a trade-in...since you might be left out of the deal otherwise. I kind of doubt it though. You'll want to word the question carefully since while yes you'll be eligible to get the iPhone deal after an early upgrade that doesn't necessarily mean the iPhone you surrender will count toward the trade-in requirement.
For just $200 difference - I am thinking of keeping iPhoneXS and instead order a new line. However, the question is - would I be able to swap the phone numbers from new iPhone 15 to iPhoneXS. Kind of complicated given iPhone15 has esim and iPhoneXS has a physical sim.
Anyone tried this? Would this be allowed? Thank in advance for any insight.
