Enough iphone 15 will be available in US, Chinese not buying due to Mate X5 and Mate 60 pro. No wonder pro price kept at $999 instead $1199. Just wait a little many offers will come.

I cannot stress this enough. This is not worth it. Their customer service is *abysmal*. If you have ANY issues, be prepared for weeks of calls talking to people who speak words, but don't understand anything you're saying.

I actually called in to cancel my mobile service because it would not let me do it online and they could not successfully port any numbers I was trying to bring after 3 weeks. They cancelled my INTERNET, and left my mobile active, even after I specifically said "I want to be clear, I do NOT want to cancel my internet services." and verbally confirmed that with them twice. It was an absolute joke.

Most likely it will be same as apple, you'll need iphone 14 pro max 1tb to get full $830 back else get $100-$200 back

just wanted to know how long document verification takes I made the mobile order and sent document verification two days ago. just curious as to how long it takes for them to verify it so my order can ship thanks
I didn't have any document verification. I did already have an Xfinity mobile account, but I hadn't used it in three or four years. I'm not sure if that made a difference in my case or not. When I ordered, both phones were in stock, and arrived at my house in about four business days.

I was able to do this. 15 and 15P both with $830 in credits, plus BOGO lines (using my rewards code). Paying just under $40 month for the next year.
I ordered 1 phone using the code and added it to the cart. I entered the promo code just below the color, as many suggested

When I went to order another phone, it said the code had already been used? It was all in the same order, without checking out.

It sounds like you also ordered 2 different phones, but you didn't get an error when adding the 2nd phone to the cart? Any idea why your process was different? Did you enter the code later in the process, at check-out?
Congratulations Applause

With Promo Code from Xfinity Rewardrd, do we still need to trade in to get "full" $830 off the new iPhone 15 Pro Max? Or, do we need transfer of number from another carrier only? Please clarify!

My husband has $300 left on his iPhone 13 Pro. He's eligible for the $850 trade in and gets two offers - pay off the remaining balance or "Early Upgrade:
Since you've paid off more than half of this device, you're eligible for an early upgrade. Just return the device to an Xfinity store in like-new condition and pick a new one.Find a Store"

If he does this early upgrade, is he not responsible for the $300 and can still get the $850 off?

That's a really good question. I don't exactly recall. I think I may have entered the code at the very end. But again, I can't be sure. I wondered from the very beginning if something was off, because I did not expect to get multiple phones at a discount. However, as I have stated, so far so good. It could be a loophole that they have since closed?

In my experience, using the code from Xfinity rewards only required me to transfer in a number. No trade-in was needed.

how's the $30 unlimited plan? How is the cell coverage and does XM throttle the speed during peak hours?

I don't think so. Early upgrade is basically giving up your phone to not pay the remaining balance, I think...not a trade-in. Plus there's an upgrade fee. Plus if you do early upgrade and lose the phone...then you can't even get the iPhone deal for an upgrade line unless you have another tradeable device.

Maybe worth a call to double check whether or not an early upgrade can count as a trade-in...since you might be left out of the deal otherwise. I kind of doubt it though. You'll want to word the question carefully since while yes you'll be eligible to get the iPhone deal after an early upgrade that doesn't necessarily mean the iPhone you surrender will count toward the trade-in requirement.

We use a family plan and I see an offer for $400 off for a new line. If I upgrade on the other hand - for trading in my iPhoneXS - I get $600 for a net difference of $200.

For just $200 difference - I am thinking of keeping iPhoneXS and instead order a new line. However, the question is - would I be able to swap the phone numbers from new iPhone 15 to iPhoneXS. Kind of complicated given iPhone15 has esim and iPhoneXS has a physical sim.

Anyone tried this? Would this be allowed? Thank in advance for any insight.

I got the promo code in Xfinity rewards too. I used that code to place order with the help of customer rep and got the iPhone 15 pro for $7.08 per month WITHOUT trade in on 27th. But, I got a order cancellation email within minutes. Since then I am trying to get customer service help to activate that code again and the customer service is insane. Anybody have similar issue? I am just tired!!!
any luck restoring the promo?
