Enough iphone 15 will be available in US, Chinese not buying due to Mate X5 and Mate 60 pro. No wonder pro price kept at $999 instead $1199. Just wait a little many offers will come.

I cannot stress this enough. This is not worth it. Their customer service is *abysmal*. If you have ANY issues, be prepared for weeks of calls talking to people who speak words, but don't understand anything you're saying.

I actually called in to cancel my mobile service because it would not let me do it online and they could not successfully port any numbers I was trying to bring after 3 weeks. They cancelled my INTERNET, and left my mobile active, even after I specifically said "I want to be clear, I do NOT want to cancel my internet services." and verbally confirmed that with them twice. It was an absolute joke.

Most likely it will be same as apple, you'll need iphone 14 pro max 1tb to get full $830 back else get $100-$200 back

I traded my XS Max for a 15 Pro and the trade-in phone was delivered 12 days ago per USPS tracking. So far I have not received any updates yet and no credit showing either. So I escalated this to a supervisor who says the warehouse has not received my phone. Long fight awaits for me.

Looking at the details. It says line activation must take place within 30 days of phone purchase date. How would it work if a backorder item took longer than 30 days to ship and arrive?

Xfinity system does not allow ordering in stock item and backorder item together. I had the same problem, CS said either place two separate orders or order another device that is not in backorder

In my case that is also possible but I was trying to apply it towards two phones. Getting the 830 off each of the two phones and getting the BoGO deal on the lines

Yeah I tried all the combinations and kinda figured out that was the case. Unfortunately the code is one time use. Only iPhone 15 is In stock atm. Was trying to get a Pro and 15 but looks like I'll have to settle for just one of the two.

My backorder date is 12/1 probably an over guesstimate. It has to be 30 days from delivery. Wait and see i guess. All the pro models are backordered. if you find out from xfinity let us know

I'm sorry to say I don't recall. I don't remember if I had to choose my specific phone plans when I ordered the phones or after I got them and activated them. At any rate, the buy one get one was activated once I picked the plans. However, I've had some issues after, since I upgraded one of the lines to the middle tier of service, I seem to have lost my buy one get one. I am working with Xfinity to clear this up.

Unfortunately the answer I got from a chat rep was that you would lose the offer/reward and be stuck paying for a full price phone. Whether or not escalations/complaints will work or not I have no idea...but imagine this would be a major hassle I wouldn't even want to deal with.

I've been debating and biggest issue for me is really not wanting to take the risk of the strict 30 day requirement on top of not wanting to be locked in for a minimum of 26 months before phone could be unlocked.

We have two iPhone X on Xfinity Mobile and another identical phone on ATT. We want to trade in the ATT phone and then use the new phone on ATT.

I see there is no option to select a specific unlimited plan. it shows $80 for 2 lines or need to go with buy the gig unfortunately
