Where at? Even with shipping these seem to be alright deals.
I didn't find them cheaper in a quick search of Atlantic or Blade HQ, so I think if someone likes a knife here, they should go for it. I got a Civivi Odium earlier this year and like it a lot.

Well, the knives I have bought recently were cheaper elsewhere.
Civivi Mini Aticus with wood handle: Just received it yesterday from Atlantic Knives for $28.75, $63 here. Not a deal at all here.
Spyderco Police K390 lightweight: Recently bought from Knivesshipfree for $5 less. Granted, that is pretty close. But Kniveshipfree also does not charge sales tax. That is another $10 saved.
A couple others close in price but a few bucks more. The CIVIVI Button Lock Elementum is the only really good deal I see...and it of course is sold out. That is $40 here and pretty much $60 everywhere else. So, some close deals but really nothing great that is actually available.
I was thinking about the K390 Endura. But I have the Police model that is close in size and also serrated. If they had it in plain edge I likely would have bitten for the $105.
Y'all have any recommendations for something to use as a kitchen knife when traveling? Checked bag of course, folder or fixed with a sheath doesn't really matter I guess. Gets old arriving to AirBNB and none of the knives are sharper than butter knives.
Got some potato starch in my bugout pivot, locked it up good until I cleaned it out, so I don't want to use anything that small again.

Any folder will be susceptible to getting food in the bearing or lock and being difficult to clean, so I suppose a fixed sheath blade makes sense. But any good knife recommendation needs a price range. I think for lower end prices I'd look at a Morakniv. The sheaths are nice, they handle well, and the price to quality ratio is excellent.
If you want to go higher end and are more concerned with viability of blade material for continued use as a kitchen knife, I'd prioritize corrosion resistance, and then edge retention. So M390, S90V, 204P, maybe Elmax, S30V, XHP.

Got the Atlantic knife Civivi deal as well. You are right, this site is not the cheapest. Did Civivi get bought out? Lots of clearance sales on their knives.

Not to my knowledge. Civivi is part of We knives. It may just be that they release new knives so frequently.
