Successfully picked up my MagSafe battery pack. The JBL speaker that was held, then approved by calling, is still showing as "preparing." I asked them when I was there getting the battery and they said the order claims "payment failed."

They offered to just grab one for me and ring it out, but obviously that wouldn't work. Didn't bat an eye at the price on the receipt for the battery pack, though.

I have a second battery pack ordered for shipping (not marked shipped), a Magsafe Duo (marked shipped), and MagSafe charger (marked shipped.)

Seems to only work for wireless members, not fios.
