NFL+ Premium only gives you access to live local and prime time regular games.

Sunday Ticket gives you access to all of the Sunday afternoon games that are out of network.

NFL+ allows you to watch redzone on tv computer mobile or tablet. This is a great deal. I paid $80 for the year and watch red zone on my Apple TV this past Sunday.

soooo redzone is 14.99 through the NFL app (NFL+)... I would only use it 4 months till playoffs... which would be 60$... how is this a deal? what am I missing?

Can you cast to a roku using the NFL app?

Don't get this. I've been trying to activate for the last 4 days. It keeps failing activation and they got me ping ponging between Verizon support and NFL.com support. Just pay the extra $20 bucks and get it through NFL.com

NFL+ isn't only RedZone. You can actually watch normal games (on phone/tablet) and focus on a specific game.

Can't cast NFL+ to Roku I don't think, unless you already have something that would give you access to that game anyway (eg YouTube TV, Fubo).
