I have the Roborock S7 with just the vacuum dock, the iRobot S7+ and the m6. The iRobot S7+ is really awesome but the m6 mop just doesn't work and the customer support is not there. The roborock works but has a lot of faults. vacuums and mops at the same time so dirt would really just get stuck on the mop instead of going into the vacuum on hard floors. When transitioning from hard floors to carpet it makes the carpet sticky. All the bots that mop just don't have enough water storage.
I'm hoping this version takes care of some of the faults from the previous bots.

This makes sense for old people though I think. Worth it to keep grandma from breaking a hip, but I just can't at this price point.
The Q Revo seems to work the best, with caveats. But near a grand for a $2 mop replacement... no no.

Not really man it all depends on your situation.....
I agree that there is a breakeven price point as these were really expensive last few years and even through earlier part of the year but for example I got the Dreametech s10 Ultra (another Xiaomi brand) for $650 a couple month back and it does mopping, pad cleaning, dust collection and good AI etc.
I now have LVP all over the floor (about 1500-1600) sq feet and this aided our cleaning by reducing the hours/effort by running this 2-4 times a week based on needs and cleaning needed.
How often do you get maids and how much do you pay?

The ultra has incredible avoidance and mapping ai. The auto washing mop and mopping capabilities on the bot are fantastic.
Since then, I've owned a 3 Neato D-series vacs and a Roborock. I will say the difference is night and day compared to the dumb bots. Neato still cleans better than Roborock even though Roborock has an awesome app, but sadly they're shutting the company down.
Anyways, all that being said, I thought $399 was expensive at the time (2018) for top-of-the-line models. $799+ for a robot vacuum is just out of hand to me, especially since there have been minimal to no improvements since then. At that price, I could get a Dyson stick vacuum for each floor...

The Wyze vac was on sale for $150 sometime ago, can't really go wrong with that as it's a clone of the S4
