Why use many words when few words do trick

Don't let people on the internet inspire you as you should be inspired through your imagination. What's something that you like to make but the griddle pan might not be big enough? Fried rice needs real estate, bacon in mass quantities is always a win. This isn't the biggest griddle, falls right into the sweet spot for my family of 3.

In for one. Arrived in good condition. Assembled by myself in ~90 minutes. Take your time as you go through the instructions and should be fine. I did the 2 person part by myself which was probably not the best idea but I managed

Plan to get a cover, griddle conditioning, etc from
Lowes. anyone can suggest other good accessories for this?

Best way to season the grill is cut an onion in half and use that after putting on some EVOO. And I just had Lowe's price match it. Then I'll get my tax exempt status at time of pickup. so 189 total for the win.

Comes out to $198 with coupon, shipping and NJ tax. Is it still worth it at this price or should I wait until I see a Blackstone deal? Seems like all the Walmart deals for Blackstone aren't in NJ yet

Walmart has a Expert Grill Pioneer 28" griddle on sale right now for $153 ymmv. one of the reviews mentions their griddle is rough enough to trap food

Just got mine set up, the front panel was bent a little, so I spoke to a CSR via chat and they ordered the part and I should have in 7 to 10 days. CS seems pretty good to me, I like that they have 7 day a week coverage.

Now I need a cover...anyone got recommendations?
