Quick math assuming you are ok with Visible/Mint at $30/mo - overpaying by $45/mo for 36=$1620, that's what you are paying for the "free iphone".

I have an old AT&T unlimited plan, so...
$85 base fee
$20 per line
$85 + $20 + 20 + 20 = 145
- $35 DirecTV discount
- $15 HBO Max
$95 / 3 = $31.66/line
- $23 bill credits for iPhone PER LINE
Total $8.66/line before taxes and fees.
Taxes and fees are about $4/line, so that's still less than $13/line.
That's not even including the $150 from Costco for this, would bring it down to $8.66/line after taxes.
