Do you need if the account needs to be under the same name. For example, if fiber is under my name but the wireless can be under my brothers name (to qualify for the first responder/tecehr discount)

If you're in the market for a new phone, imo this is a stellar value. Went with Best Buy only because total tech subscription meant it included AppleCare on all our devices. If I didn't have that, I'd have gone with Costco today.
