The fine print says minimum qualified plan is 75/mo. That's where they get you with these "free deals" - locking you in at high monthly rate for 3 yrs.

Quick math assuming you are ok with Visible/Mint at $30/mo - overpaying by $45/mo for 36=$1620, that's what you are paying for the "free iphone".

If you live in an area which has good coverage then better buy an unlocked phone and get a carrier of your choice than getting robbed by these guys for 36 months.
I have an unlocked phone & pay $20 per month for service. Can't be happier.

I received an order summary email from [email protected] right away before leaving the store. There was a PDF file attached with all the details about the promotion I'm getting which are waived the $35 upgrade fee, $100 upgrade gift card offer, and $50 upgrade line bill credit. Check your junk/spam mail folder. I've attached the partial screenshot of the PDF file.

I second this. 2 years ago, the warehouse inspected my trade-in and determined it was not in excellent condition. This made the value fall below the minimum free iPhone promotion value which was $120 or $130 or something like that. They only applied a one-time credit to my account – either $80 or $90. That was it. The worst thing is the time frame to trade in for the promotion is only 30 days from activation. If they mess up a trade-in like that, 99% of the time you're too late to try another promotional trade-in, which means you end up with no promotional bill credit at all. If you go to a corporate store, they check the phone in person and let you know right away. If they value your old phone below the eligible value, you can just walk away and bring another phone to try again.

I think you can bring any eligible old phone directly to the corporate stores. Just provide them with your upgrade/new line number, and ensure them the promotional trade-in offer code is applied. AT&T will send you the trade-in kit by mail after your new phone has shipped, but you can ignore that and complete the trade-in at the store with the phone of your choice.

Great deal! Just switch 6 T-Mobile Lines over. 4 iPhone 11's for 4 iPhone 15's, 1 Samsung S10e for 1 Samsung S23 and an old Samsung S7 for a Galaxy Z Flip5. Did it all online, which was so much better than at the Costco Kiosk. ($250 Bill Credit and $100 Costco Card) per line. No Activation fee. Also got a 25% Nurse Discount on the service.

Quick Question.. I recently upgrade my line to iphone 15 pro, how many days do I have to send the trade-in device?. Is it same as 90 days for return or I've to send my old phone within 30 days or so?.
