Is this game any good? Also does it have romance aspects like in the original?
If you like the gameplay Dynasty Warriors, this is a very polished version of that, with a lot of modern improvements.
If you like the social/non-combat sections of Three Houses, this game has a very similar system. There is no romance but there are support conversations like a standard Fire Emblem game.
Lastly, If you liked the characters from Three Houses, this has them all, including the DLC students. I have played through one and a half of the three story branches in this game and have really enjoyed it. It's getting a bit repetitive at this point but I've still been picking it up once a week or so and putting a few hours in at a time.
It feels like a sequel to Three Houses, though it's more of an alternative timeline, but they've just swapped out the gameplay for Dynasty Warriors.
