Slick deal if you're fully committed to an entire set of nonstick cookware, but I highly recommend against that concept. All-Clad HA1 is one of the best and most durable options among cookware that has a nonstick PTFE coating, but it still has a nonstick PTFE coating, which means you should treat it with kid gloves and not expect it to last forever. Most people who really cook will tell you to get a mix of quality pieces like stainless steel saucepans and saute pans, an enamel coated cast iron dutch oven, a carbon steel or cast iron skillet, and one (1) inexpensive nonstick skillet that you should replace every 2-3 years.

i suck at using ss cookware. no matter how i season it and treat it - everything sticks to it like glue. so i rather use non stick coating and replace every 3 years or so. plus i would not want to use 1 skillet or pan all my life anyway since in same 3 years its gonna be all scratched up and dirty and burnt. so why pay more for bunch of headache ?

I would share photos of my 25-year old bright and shiny stainless pans but it sounds like you're resigned. I will say that you can't cook what I cook in them with nonsticks, but hey-- at least you're replacing them.

This is exactly how my setup ended as, 1 OXO nonstick skillet for when my mom wants to cook. Moved my carbon steel and cast iron to outdoor duty (cooking on the grill). Staub 5 qt enameled cast iron dutch oven, All Clad 2.5 qt SS saucier, 8in SS fry pan, 4.5 qt SS saute pan, 12 qt SS stock pot and a badass kitchenaid SS teakettle.
