Re on restock items: The deal has some notes but it's likely you'll get BNIB. You can just call them if you want to know about the condition as well.
Ok, mistakes happen. I call back right away to let them know and they seemed more concerned about getting the PBass back instead of me getting screwed. However, I sent the PBass back within the hour so I could get the correct guitar.
Flash forward 2 weeks…no word on the JBass after reassurances from the guy handling my case. I did get a notification of refund the other day (even though I certainly did not request one). As of today - 2 weeks after I ordered- I have no guitar and am still out my $$. Boo Sam Ash👎👎!

With used stuff it's like Guitar Center, some locations just suck but others will set you up solid. I always ask for pictures before buying just to guarantee they aren't sending me something bogus.

My main bass amp right now is a Ampeg RB112 I nabbed for $350 off Musician's Friend (price drop + call-in deal). Wish Ampegs went on sale more often, but they're too good.
