In your account, when you switch to 360 plan, make sure the phone's IMEI shows up as the phone you're using. For some reason, it didn't show up for my wife. When I went to request an unlock after a year, even though we were customers for a year, and I showed receipt that I bought the phone one year ago, they kept saying it wasn't in service for a year because it wasn't showing up on any account. It was a hassle and I kept having to go back and forth. They finally did unlock it, but it took a bunch of time. I usually request unlock, sell the old, buy the new, but it is turning into more hassle than it's worth.

Where can you find a phone's IMEI on the Redpocket account page? I have two 360-day lines with Redpocket currently but I can't seem to find IMEIs for either line on my account page.
