How is that comment adding to the quality of conversation and helping others making a decission? There is no way for you to know what I was or wasn't able to do. Just to be clear, I was refereing to 2 sticks of 16gb of ram. I have no idea how it works with 4 sticks that I've seen mentioned among posts, also I don't know if the i9/4090 version ships with same motherboard and same ram as i7/4080

I already posted a video of someone setting the xmp profile of a new kit of 2x16gb RAM at 5600. I also found another users forum post that they successfully installed a 2x32gb kit and have it at 6000. Where are you seeing this is impossible? If it's old then it may be users that had not updated their BIOS, or you're just trolling.

Why keep asking the same question???? Have you received your PC or has it already been shipped out? If neither, It will NOT show the money amount for you before shipment. CB website need make sure they will get paid from vendor. Be patient, man!

"It should be posted in your shopping trips immediately" This has already been said. I am also use to this being the case.

tad cheaper with this code $2646 LEGIONXTRA6

Worth $160 more for this version? Double the memory and 2td ssd

My takeaway here is, wow those are ugly RAM sticks. I ordered the 64GB model, and wondering if I should cancel and get the 32GB and spend the difference on better looking 2x32 RAMs 😂

What is the shipping eta for everyone? I ordered mine last wednesday and paid for next day shipping…it still hasn't come. I've chatted with customer service twice and they keep telling me to wait for an update.

ETA on the order page was like October 16-18 or something.

It worked that way for me. It let me know as I went to the site that the CB site was watching my order, when I placed the order it said it recorded the completed order, and my order appeared in the CB shopping session list as completed.

Anyone ordered through ios safari and had their purchase confirmed by the CB shop? ios safari used to be very reliable but recently I've been dealing with a couple missing cashbacks.

I was using Chrome / Paid via Paypal. I had turned off all extensions before doing the order. Guess i am not the only one having issues seeing the CB.

I didn't know if it would matter, so I turned on the CB extension for the whole order process.

Fyi for anyone else, from a comment:
"This product has a proprietary motherboard that is incompatible with high speed ram. What's really unacceptable is that it is advertised and shipped with 5600 Mhz ram, but the product actually does not even support the ram that it's shipped with. This is obviously not acceptable and feels dishonest. You simply cannot use high speed ram with this product which is insane for a $3000 computer. As things stand, it seems you will never be able to upgrade to highspeed ram for the life of the product. The BIOS is proprietary and extremely limited. Some of the supplied drivers from the Lenovo website actually cause more harm than good. Some of the drivers/software on the download page are recycled from other Lenovo products and this is very evident because when you download and run the drivers you will get an error message."

Everything else I've found is $1000+ more. Guess I'll keep waiting.
After doing some research, looks like a BIOS update fixes this.

From Reddit: "I got the 4080 build for ~1750 earlier this month and the RAM speed issue was resolved by a BIOS update. Currently running at 5600 MHz with no issue."

Great spec for the price, coming from someone who usually builds his own. Already have a built PC with a 4090 from last year that I will use for sim racing and use this in the basement.

Chatted with customer service about ID.ME not working and they sent me a revised quote with additional discount through email. Then combined with 8% in rewards, this is a no brainer that you can't possibly touch by building your own. Opted for additional 2 years of next day in home warranty for $71 and get another year through AMEX - so 4 years of warranty (if I keep it for that long)

The spec sheet was posted on reddit: https://icecat.biz/rest/product-p...lang=en_ca
