It did? Because I watched it and saw the following:

- Only air intake is the cpu radiator mounted in the front pulling air in and preheating it before it hit the gpu

- Much higher than average case temps

- Cooking the 4090, resulting in one of the highest 4090 temps

- Bios won't allow four sticks of ram to run at 5600, only 4000

Not making the radiator an exhaust up top and not having all 4 sticks be able to get to 5600 made this a definite no for me. Its a terrible design.

It is a Lenovo motherboard but it is also a standard ATX design.

I tried to make the closest apples to apples comparison with PCPP and selected the cheapest components. This prebuilt is still cheaper (not by much if you exclude the OS, although I did leave fans out so there's a few bucks more that would be required if you are doing a complete build):

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/tz2HBL

With this you get a single device to return/RMA if something fails as opposed to sending individual parts back. I felt the trade off with the proprietary MB and GPU was worth it... Just my opinion/rationalization of my own purchase.

Fyi for anyone else, from a comment:
"This product has a proprietary motherboard that is incompatible with high speed ram. What's really unacceptable is that it is advertised and shipped with 5600 Mhz ram, but the product actually does not even support the ram that it's shipped with. This is obviously not acceptable and feels dishonest. You simply cannot use high speed ram with this product which is insane for a $3000 computer. As things stand, it seems you will never be able to upgrade to highspeed ram for the life of the product. The BIOS is proprietary and extremely limited. Some of the supplied drivers from the Lenovo website actually cause more harm than good. Some of the drivers/software on the download page are recycled from other Lenovo products and this is very evident because when you download and run the drivers you will get an error message."

Everything else I've found is $1000+ more. Guess I'll keep waiting.

Just ordered tonight.. these were so inconsistent in stock and out.. but finally snagged one at $2688 . i9/32gb/4090/1tb
Pretty excited. Shows I'll receive it around November 9-13th. I don't mind.. gives me time to clean up my 4'ish year old HP omen i9 9900k/2080Super and get it sold hopefully for ~$600 according to Ebay.
Looks like CPU/GPU will be minimum double my speed at least.. likely 150 percent faster. The 2080super actually has held up pretty good .. still play most things in 4k.. just have to turn down a lot of the eyecandy to push 60fps.. Also I'm looking forward to being able to push 4k120hz to my LG C9.. gonna be pretty awesome especially when just about all games maxed out or close to it should give me the full 120fps.

Getting very good results in gpu and cpu benchmarks and gaming benchmarks . PC arrived undamaged. So far hasn't crashed or shutdown. Seen 450watt gpu 300+ watt cpu in my tests. Haven't noticed any coil wine from gpu or psu.. Later today I'm gonna stress test with a long gaming session. So far so good

Received mine yesterday and loving it. Just paired it with the Dell Alienware 3821DW that's also on sale with the $200 Dell gift card. Still getting used to it but was running RE4 last night on max settings 1440p ultrawide and getting about 120fps. On max settings it was like 90% GPU utilization but only 15% CPU utilization which surprised me a bit. Be patient if you haven't received yours yet. They're coming and it's worth the wait!

Received mine this morning (32GB version with original order date of 09/15/23)
Funny enough was able to get a 7% concession after speaking to a Lenovo rep online late last night - so if you haven't received your PC yet it's worth a shot reaching out to them.
Is the concession in the format of Lenovo credit or just refund?

HOLY S*** they didn't cheap out on anything in this build (outside of ram) I'm stunned. My SSD is a SK Hynix Platinum P41 ($100 for 1tb which is high) . 7200 read, 6500 write on the crystal disk mark bench. It absolutely obliterated my Samsung 980 pro.. Wow... Lenovo is the best pre-builts by far outside of custom order builds.

Not one corner has been cut. Even the wire management it's astounding. I'm actually stunned. Makes the Alienware I sent back look like pure trash

If the 2tb 64gb version is running the same ssd it's actually a better deal than I first thought. The 2tb ssd version is like $160+

WTH is Lenovo thinking selling this Beast for anything less than $3k

I know very little about SSDs, but according to Device Manager, this is the drive in my 64GB version.

$200 on NewEgg, $170 on Amazon. Pretty similar. Same read speeds which is most important for games. Not cheap ssds. And these speeds just last Fall was near the fastest you could buy

what you guys get for timespy? I got 30500 something, the gpu score is definately a lot better than dell alienware r15 4090 and this motherboard is good. I just added two new SSD to it, very easy don't need to unmount GPU. the case real glass window I think.

RGB fans and cases are outstanding and very quiet... can't believe it. However, this one is heavy monster.

How is the wattage on this? I know it has a 1200 watt SPU but how much wattage does it use? I got mine yesterday but haven't gotten it out of the box yet. Kind of wondering if the circuit I have my current PC on would be able to handle it or if I'd have to relocate.
