If anyone is wondering, this computer does work with two 48GB sticks for 96GB of memory. It actually booted and seemingly worked fine at 6400 even (the XMP profile on the ram) but because this a work computer for me I absolutely do not trust this random motherboard to handle 96GB at 6400 and am running it at JDEC 4800 anyway. I need absolute stability.
Ya this motherboard is actually pretty good. Really wish I knew what it really is.

Can pull 320+ watt, I've sustained 245w in BF2042 for hours. No shutdown or thermal throttle

After adding a contact frame I got cl32 7000 32gb (16x2) of ram to be stable with tight timings. That's actually really good results on a 4 dimm motherboard especially since I can't change voltage past default using 1.4. Could easily run 7200 or higher if I could use 1.45v

4 TB?

Lenovo Claims 2tb is max. I'm about to cancel this 2tb ssd I ordered for BF and pick up a 4.

Are you still using stock ssd for boot drive?
No. I cloned the Hynix then formatted it. It recognizes all 4 TB

Thank you. Will do it then
Did you do it? When I do it says done but it doesn't add any time to my membership and the claim now button is still there under plans.

Did you leave in the old drive? If so did you just change the boot order? I have the rtx 4080 version that came with the 980 pro but added the 990 pro to the third m.2 slot on the bottom. I don't know if I should leave it there or move it. I haven't cloned the original drive yet until I figure out the best way to handle the 2 drives. Any negatives to leaving it in the 3rd spot and using it as the boot drive and reformatting the original drive and leaving it in the first m.2 slot? Any advice would be appreciated and repped.

I also put in a 4tb drive (WD_BLACK 4TB SN850X) I cloned the OS from the original drive and changed boot order - then just disabled it in device manager without physically removing it. Will keep the original drive as a backup "restore point" or format it down the line when I run out of space.

In other news, I ran into an issue with the cashback site removing my 8% cb for some unknown reason, I haven't been able to reach anyone in customer service or by e-mail.. Pretty shady if you ask me..

Is it possible to post a picture of your ram settings? Which ram are you using?

Teamgroup 7200 ddr5 32gb

6800mhz, 32/41/41/41 are my main timings.. I lowered it from 7000 cause I tightened the secondary timings as well and could push it farther with better benchmarks

I'll post my secondary timings later if you want them. I know my trfc is 500, trfc2 400, trfcpb 300, and a trefi at 65k.. Ram gets to about 65c max but stable. Usually below 60c

Just seen this and repped thank you. It would be awesome 8f you could post the secondary timings too. I got the 7200 teamgroup but I got the 24gb sticks so I wonder if I can get the same results

I don't understand the negativity about Lenovo. I have the PC with 64GB ram. After I contacted support and repoted the 4000MHZ speed, they reimbursed me 7% ($233) of my purchase price to buy new ram. Others have received $200 refunds as well. The only requirement is to send screenshot of your ram speed. BTW, the 4090 rocks!

Just saw a new BIOS update. I downloaded. Don't notice any difference.
