It really depends on what you're using it for...but I doubt you'll really notice much of a difference between the two. TLC nand will generally have a higher TBW and faster speeds after the cache is exhausted compared to QLC.
The P41 Plus is a decent drive though for money. I don't really think the Lexar is a good buy considering drives like the Platinum P41, P44 Pro, and SN850x have all been in the $100 range for 2TB recently.
