I have some cheaper RGB wifi bulbs now that flicker if the brightness isn't turned down. Does anyone know if these have that problem?

Have had a number of Govee products for years and haven't really had any issues to date.

I had this problem on these bulbs. They flickered on lower brightness. Reached out to customer service with a video and they sent over new bulbs
