Had the same issue in the app. Went to the website instead and saw it there in my offers and was able to order through the website with 50% off.

It says I got one today in my inbox, but when I go redeem it it doesn't work. Did get the last one which I redeemed the other day. Not sure if there's some kind of error here or what.

Had the last one and didn't use. Got extended to 09/24 because "we miss you" and now it's a tile on my dashboard rather than hidden in the offers tab.
