It says I got one today in my inbox, but when I go redeem it it doesn't work. Did get the last one which I redeemed the other day. Not sure if there's some kind of error here or what.
They've sent two so far (last week and this week). It's supposedly targeted to specific customers who haven't been that active. I'd suggest that you show the email to the manager, as they can manually override the price (at the manager's discretion, though). You should've received an email as well as an alert on the app.
