Had the same issue in the app. Went to the website instead and saw it there in my offers and was able to order through the website with 50% off.

wasn't in my account, but got the email. Went in store, showed them the email and they gave it to me anyway at the register

How do you load the offers ?
Or it should automatically show the discount at check out?

I can't even figure how to locate offers on website

When order, tell barista b4 paying that u have 50% offer, and show him/her the 4-digit code

I can see it in my app in inbox now however click on "Redeem" bring me to order view and during checkout no discount is applied.

I see the Offers in my App at the lower right corner.
a few people above says they see it when they order thru the Web. I don't see the Offers tab on web.​

Not sure if it has been addressed in the comments yet but Starbucks is aware of the issue. They are currently working on a fix. The code is still there but you can not see it. I reached out via chat and they said if you can not redeem it before it expires because it is not visible to you reach out after it is expired to get a new one. They just told me to keep checking back until it pops back up, if it ever does lol. Hope that helps those in our situation.
