Had the same issue in the app. Went to the website instead and saw it there in my offers and was able to order through the website with 50% off.

On the web there is no Offers tab. Instead, after you login, open "Menu" on the top of the screen and start an order by choosing your drink. When you go to checkout your coupon will show up.

You shouldn't need to "load the offers". They should appear automatically on the app and/or the web version.

I had the coupon that expires on 9/24 too, but it wasn't applying. I exit the app and started over and it was no longer available. Frown

Thanks & repped! I was only able to see the deal in my inbox on the app, but no discount to apply when checking out. I ordered through the website and the discount showed when checking out.

It's not a scam. This deal is YMMV. I got the coupon and used it fine last week. I just checked my account and it looks like I got the coupon again. I don't go to Starbucks, and that's why I think I got these coupons.

It's still not worth the money at 50% off. There are many options for those who don't want to put effort into making coffee for less. Many coupons and digital deals for bottled or can coffees, grab a large bottle of the pre-made cold brew and then add toppings for less per drink, or even add simply add water to those cold brew style bags for one week of coffee. Unless these offers are under $1 per coffee drink there is no reason to get one. That is unless the Starbucks signature flavor is what you are after.

Starbucks said they were working on a solution, had some issue with their app. All my coupons are back in my account after they disappeared for 3 days. It looks like it got sorted out. So check yours again, just in case.

Got the coupon and used it on a pumpkin cream cold brew. It wasn't good… Reminded me why I don't go to Starbucks anymore. And that's coming from a former partner.
