This is a great projector. The only downside is it has an offset vertical offset and cannot use keystone correcttion with the low latency modes. So it needs to be percently in the center. I have used it for the last 9 months without issue. It's a 4k projector good for 20-30k hours.

Solid, versatile projector. Great for daily TV usage and gaming. I have the previous version of this series and I have put over 6,000 hours on it. From my experience Benq has some of the best reliability in this class.

This projector is obviously using pixel shifting 4k for those who are wondering

The only thing I wish this projector had was better native contrast but unfortunately the technology just is not available at the moment, especially at this price point. The contrast is pretty average

I brought this last year for gaming on the Series X....the graphics are amazing. The picture is solid, even when I turn on the lights the picture doesn't dim. I'm also new to projectors so I really don't know a lot yet.

Yes, current generation, but the replacement has been announced with availability expected in November. https://www.benq.com/en-us/projec...100i.html. Doesn't change the value of this deal materially if this projector meets your needs, especially since the x3100i really only brings a 10% brightness bump to the table.
