You're probably joking but I believe rapeseed has a lot of benefits. Just wish they didn't add sugar to PB. Ruins the flavor.

rapeseed is high in omega 6s, which arent bad in themselves but when not balanced with omega 3s and 9's, can be inflammatory to the body. the idea is to balance oils and foods like olive, avocado, macadamia oils with omega 6, but problem is most foods are made with high omega 6 oils - soybean, canola, sunflower, etc. inevitably you try to balance but its almost unavoidable and can get quite costly

i buy the peanut butter made of peanuts. No added oil.. Yet when I open it there is peanut oil... So why do they need to add hydrogenated oils to this crap.
