can you just open a blank document and take notes that can be stored digitally?

Software is clunky, file export is tedious (have to email to yourself). If you need to manage files, I would avoid it, iPad is probably better

Tried doing a trade-in it was not instant. Chatted with support, they said ask again after I receive the order, they will make adjustments.
Some info on amazon business, not sure if it's common knowledge, you don't need to have actual business to open amazon business, google it, or search reddit, or this site maybe. You can have Amazon business for free (except you need to have Amazon prime), it's a separate account with a separate email, but it's linked to the regular amazon account. When you have it may be used to double dip on some deals, like discover deals, and others, sometimes, not always, so if you are into that. Think about it. I din't open it for that - it has offers Amazon Amex biz card.. The free plan is Business Duo, or rather now it's called: Business Prime Duo and has Prime features.

it's free if you have a regular Amazon Prime [amazon.com] wasn't like that before (was not free), changed recently and still naming is confused I think.
not sure if you can get just Duo w/o Prime with non-Prime amazon now, you could try
Not sure I'd be opening a business account for just one deal, business accounts UI is pretty convoluted, in some place, like it's hard to understand what plan(s) do you have.For me it lists two separate plans Duo and Business Prime which in theory is one plan called Duo Business Prime, doesn't show plan prices. And shows different start and renewal dates. Other convoluted things like that. Also some good staff. Support is better. Got like 4 or 5, I think, pretty good or crazy good offers in the first 6 months, Amazon never sent any offers/coupons like that to me and they had 20 years to do it; I mean something like $100 off $250 computers or accessories. Or $75 off $150 on any technology. Not amazon devices. But than it stopped, maybe because I'm not buying much. Generally prices are the same or worse then amazon.com, which some exceptions - here and there I see better deals comparing to amazon.com (which I'm not looking for much, maybe there are many, don't know), also they have discounts for buying in bulk.
