Not a huge deal but a better price than I've seen on this for a while. I like to use fish emulsion if the price is not too high, and this is lower than other brands right now. From the reviews, Alaska Fish Emulsion is thicker than others.

Be sure to store this up high if you have dogs. Unlike most dry fertilizers, mine love the smell of this one and have decorated my yard with it in numerous occasions.
What kind of plant do you use this on? 5-1-1 don't seem to be good for flowering plants.
I don't use this by itself. For me, it's just a supplement in my garden. I amend my beds with a balanced fertilizer between plantings and this just gets added occasionally when I water. It is especially good for young transplants because it promotes leafy green growth. Nitrogen is the nutrient that's most easily flushed out of the soil after a good rain. Phosphorus and Potassium hang around a bit longer, so those nutrients are not as critical as nitrogen to plant growth.
