The bell part worked good at first both recording the moments of detection and when someone rang the bell, after few updates now I can view camera anytime but if someone ring the doorbell and I try to see who it is it only shows spinning circle no matter which connection (WiFi or cellular) I can view event after it gets recorded but by then 15 seconds or more pass and person might be gone by then.
I invested in brand new 30VA transformer when I bough this POS to make sure it has enough power so it's not that especially considering camera worked fine at first before updates so I think eufy just wants people to buy newer models instead by sabotaging older units with their "improved" new software versions. Just my opinion though so I'm sure others might have better ones.
