If you, for reason, don't have a Walmart near you, Ross also has Anchor and Pyrex glass measures for about 5 dollars.
The markings are embossed on this one instead of printed. I haven't looked at the ones in store for a while, but, last time I looked, the cheaper Anchor and Pyrex ones I could find in stores always had printed markings. The printed markings are inferior because they wear off over time and the measuring cup just becomes a measuring cup-shaped cup with no legible measurement markings on it.

Something to consider.

Yes they do for small sizes. Not for this size. This is awesome price for this size

Alternatively just hand wash them and the markings don't generally fade. It's probably better to not have to do it, but I tend to handwash my measuring stuff anyway since I do it immediately and mine have been fine so far for the last 7ish years.
