Such a great show. Violent and heartfelt at the same time.
Mr Inbetween is an Australian black comedy-crime drama television series which premiered on FX on 25 September 2018 in the United States, followed by Fox Showcase in Australia on 1 October 2018. The series is a serialisation of the 2005 feature film The Magician, which was created, written by and starred Scott Ryan. Ryan reprises his lead role and is also the writer for the series, which is directed by Nash Edgerton.

One of my favorite shows. It's dark, it will not be for everyone. Criminally underrated.

I'll chime in too---cannot recommend this show enough, it was easily the best thing we watched in a good long while..Scott Ryan does such a great job of playing this character, the writing overall is pretty consistent. On one hand we wish the show would have gone more than three seasons---but then it didn't overstay it's welcome or run out of ideas, either, so that's ok. I just wish the deal was on iTunes as well. Regardless, if VUDU works for you then don't hesitate to pull the trigger on Mr. Inbetween

+1 to how great this show is. I was stunned to find out the lead actor isn't really an actor at all. He's fantastic in the role and I wish he did more.
