I bought this TV two years ago for $1800. It is not quite the OLED, but most of the time, it would be hard to tell the difference. This is a very good deal.

The 77" oled would most likely be double the price.

I don't follow you. But it sounds like you made up a reason not to like Samsung so that's fine.
Google it and you'll see it's a common issue. Otherwise yeah the QN90 and 95 are great TVs. Everything below isn't worth looking at because they decided to go with IPS panels for some reason

I have the 65" of this and it is a great TV. Apps work well, OS is pretty responsive, and picture looks pretty good IMO. I have it in my living room with plenty of natural light and I haven't had any issues.

Thanks for this, was looking for some world experiences/feedback, much appreciated.

So anyone know how this would compare to a 5 year old LG OLED? Mine has burn in and it pisses me off to look at it but is still usable. Want a good replacement but don't want OLED worries and nanoled is probably a ways off before being affordable. Current is LG OLED65C6P
I have same issue with LG OLED65E7P. Also, the colors are all messed up and my guests want to know why the minions are green. I also am pissed off to look at it. I can't answer your question, but know that I'm going to go for this tv. Hold my hand and let's jump in together.

Thanks, but this will be too big for my living room. So looking for 65".
I have a 65" still in box because I changed my mind to 75" after it was delivered. I wish I could sell it to you. Good luck to you.

This or spend a lil more for a 77" OLED? LG B2 or B3, something like that?
You might find one for $1700 around Black Friday, but not sure if the price difference is worth it. And I own the B2.

Finally replacing my 2017 Samsung 65" 4K (Costco special) with some DSE that I lived with for quite a while.

X90L is currently $1599 at Walmart/BB. We're upgrading from a 2018 Vizio P65-F1. Is the extra $500 worth it for the L versus the K?

Costco has matched as well. The warranty upgrade might seal the deal for me.

Definitely not for x90k which is sony lowest end product line. Actually rtings rates x90k sports/motion only 7.6, one of lowest score in 75 class.
You're confused here, I think. The x90k is an excellent TV, and for $1000 it's a fantastic deal.
The Costco x90ck for $700 is obviously better, but that was nowhere near as widespread or available as this deal is.

Nobody should be buying a mid range Hisense over this TV. The trade off with Hisense is that the price is more reasonable, but their QA/QC issues combined with some other major deficiencies make it a risky purchase even when the x90k costs $1500. With the x90k at $1000, it's literally not even a consideration.

There is an 85" open box near me for 999.97 with a 5 year warranty. Would it be wise to get that instead of this?
