Sweetwater has the ESP LTD BW-1 EverTune Semi-Hollow Electric Guitar in See Thru Black with dent 'n' scratch at a significant discount.

This guitar is Ben Weinman's signature model and comes with the updated Fishman Fluence Modern humbucker set instead of the older EMG 81/85 set. It also comes in a XTONE XL hardshell case. (Official Spec [espguitars.com])

From what I can gather, Sweetwater themselves doesn't know what in particular makes these guitars from ESP "dent 'n' scratch" as they're still sealed and have no gallery photos. They only know that these had very minor cosmetic flaws from handling; enough to still be sold like new with a full manufacturer's warranty. In that respect they're very similar to ESP's Player Grade [espguitars.com]. These will be in much better shape than a demo or floor model. The flaws are usually things like < 1" scratches, tiny dings in the finish, etc.
