I bought and installed some in june. Working well and have not had to change batteries.
Build quality is significantly lower than a Schlage. It is probably built in cheaper factories, worse machinery, etc. There is some brand name recognition, so the Schlage will always be more expensive, like Coleman vs Ozark Trail.
If I was putting one of these in my own home for 5+ years use, I would not buy this product.
