For the Lock Picking Lawyer, this is a glowing endorsement.

Really cheap. The negatives of this lock are it uses 4AA batteries which can fail quicker vs 9V, also the motorized design of the unlock is not my favorite as that drains the battery even faster. I much prefer the Schlage style locks with 9v that you manually lock or unlock which makes the battery last far longer.

But for $20 this can't be beat for places you don't care about as much.

I bought one last time it was on sale (deal was posted here).
It was super easy to install and so far it's been working great.

How to download the app? Couldn't find one on App Store and I lost the paper work that came in the box. Appreciate your help!

Can someone share some points on how this is $20 and a good lock vs a similar Schlage lock that is $200+?
I have pretty heavy doubts this TEEHO one is a good lock.

Build quality is significantly lower than a Schlage. It is probably built in cheaper factories, worse machinery, etc. There is some brand name recognition, so the Schlage will always be more expensive, like Coleman vs Ozark Trail.

If I was putting one of these in my own home for 5+ years use, I would not buy this product.

also as an alternative to the other ones that were suggested, these are about 1/3rd cheaper for slightly lower capacity and come with a usb charger: https://a.co/d/ivOJ1XT

4 AA batteries will have a lot more energy (watt-hours) than a single 9 volt.

This con is actually a plus.

It's not a review, and if you'd watched his videos you'd know he rarely finds reason to compliment a cheap lock like this one.

Bought this a few months back. Easy to install. If you know what you're doing maybe 10 minutes to unpack and fully install. A minute or two to program . I've heard people complain about battery life, but in the 2-3 months I have had it, I'm still on the original batteries.

I bought a similar one and it was ridiculously easy to pick. I would not use it on any exterior door
