I guess you've never slept in a hotel room? Because thousands of people have slept on the same bed lol.

And most stores offer a 90-day return policy… Casper is trying to save money, but it seems like a huge gamble for something that you will be spending the next 10 years sleeping on…

There is a difference between investing money in a product you plan on having long term and sleeping on a mattress in a hotel. Lysol can be sprayed on the hotel mattress but a consumer should not have to do that when spending a large sum of money for something new.

spending 1000 + $$$ on an mattress and not able to return doesn't speak much for an confident retailer. I tried the Costco mattress first day was awesome after 12 days I got neck pain which didn't go away returned it after 20 days. got an serta after 2 days neck pain away and never came back.

you should always able to try an mattress for at least 30 days so you and your body can fully adjust to the mattress and how you sleep if any issues around 20-30 day return it it will not go away it will get worse

Casper, like most budget mattress brand mattresses is full of fiberglass or something that has a different name but is fiberglass. If/when this mattress starts to leak fiberglass, it can destroy your heath and property. Buyer beware!

Yes, they had me submit photos of the stains. After examining more, I found several other dark color stains and threading undone. The mattress smelled musty as well. Their Quality assurance will now determine if they will send a replacement.

That was indeed me, Casper made things right and sent me a replacement. Significant difference, the mattress they sent does not have any smell and is squeaky clean. Turnaround was 1 week.
