If you are buying oled TVs and relying on built in speakers, you should probably have your head examined.

77" A80K for 1499 is a crazy price. And there is not much difference from the A80L that just came out

Why do the warehouses have different prices? They should minimally price match another Costco. Has anyone ever tried this?
Correct, Costco won't even price match itself

The only area where the LG C series beats the SONY is in gaming. In terms of picture quality, the SONY beats the LG due to the better processor which handles up-scaling/motion handling/etc. much better than the LG. If gaming is your priority, get the LG. For movies, definitely go with the SONY.
Here is a comparison that should help.

Got this in Grand Rapids, MI. Assume this isn't with the Allstate warranty like the other one?

Silly question, but how are you all fitting a 77" in your car? I just got a 65" and it barely fit in mine. With a 77" I think I'd need to rent a truck or van. Do you all already have a big SUV or truck?
Not a silly question at all. Most people don't account for this and then end up trying to squeeze it in or putting it at a tilt which puts pressure on the panel. I rented a uhaul yesterday to pick this up. Cost me $61 (40 something miles round trip + $20)

$1699.99 with the 5 year warranty near me. (Sounds like it's not optional to get TV solo for $1500). Worth it?

Went to my local store a couple days ago looking for any deals on the 55" to try to squeeze into a tight fit in the master bedroom. Unfortunately they only had the newer L models now and ended up with a 48" LG A2 from Best Buy instead. This is a smoking deal on a 77" right now if one can get it from their local store.

How do you compare qn90b with a8h in terms of movie/sports?

I have the a8h and it's amazing. I'm not sure if I can try miniLED for a bright room, or keep buying OLED like a8h.
Rtings is extremely accurate to my experience. Id pick qn90b for sports. An 85 inch tv makes a game watching experience better. Id pick a8h for nighttime movie experience with no room light but qn90b for daytime movie. Qn90b is extremely bright but film maker mode does well with nighttime viewing.

For anyone wondering between Samsung S90C and any Sony, if you watch a lot of cable tv, low bitrate or sensitive to motion/ dislike motion artifacts Sony will have the cleaner image overall, even in 4K content with Reality Creation Sony will give a bit better detail and better gradation.

This is an amazing price for a 77 as long as you know it can't get as bright as the S90C or put out the same punch on lighter colors, provided you get a good panel the Samsung in a lot of cases will have better near black performance, all my newer WOLED panels whether Sony or LG have the magenta tint to some dark scenes and sometimes in whites, LG needs to fix this. Every single QD OLED panel I've seen has been super clean like plasma.
