Works perfectly on Steam Deck, decent battery life. I personally found the repetitive gameplay loop not very engaging though. Overall mechanics are strong and you can completely to tune all the survival and base management from micromanaging making them non-existent (my preference).

With all the new major updates I might revisit this game, been about a year since playing.

This game was a pleasant surprise for me. I first tried it when I signed up for XBOX game pass on PC and have put hundreds of hours into it. If you're into sandbox type games where you build your base and team while defending against zombies while doing side mission, then this game may be for you.
