Before anyone asks, no you can't get a referral and 90k points. Its the 90k, or referral of 40k + new card 75k bonus.
These check 5/24 but do not count towards it.

They expedited my card when they approved it over the phone. Not sure if they can do that if they've sent yours out already but I'd call to find out.
It's mailed snail mail so 5-7 days (considering holiday mail volume). They can often reissue and rush ship it. I got mine 2 days after requesting rush.
What do we select as a Biz Type ?

I can't say I remember but the # on my card is 800-945-2028. It might take you slogging through some menu options but you should be able to get to someone that way.
however, I only got the $900 offer, not the $1200 offer as someone here suggested.

I first called Chase support number on the back of card and the answer I got was no we will not be able to match the new offer. Then I copied and pasted the message above and got the 150k points adjustment. Thanks op.
