I completely agree!! Last two seasons were no good and I hated how they ended the series. Great show if you ignore the last two seasons.

A lot of stuff but the biggest issue is one of the actors wanted out so they rewrote the entire last season to be all within a few days with two parallel storylines so the actor could only work a few days and separated from the rest of the cast. Also the children's reactions in the ending were shot 7 years prior so the story they were forced to use made sense in season 3 but not 5 years later.
