Not entirely sure that pertains to what you were seeing, but hopefully it helps!
It's labeled for ≥ 75% efficiency and ≥ 37 Wh, so it's either < 72% efficiency or < 37 Wh, either of which violates the text on the unit itself. I'm charging it back up now to see if we can wheedle out which it is, but this isn't a great first impression and I'm probably returning it.
edit: charging it back up at 5V@2A cost 39.3 Wh. I got 31.6 Wh discharging at [email protected]. So it seems like the efficiency is just bad.

I would not compare this brand with other no names. Better buy Baseus, it's a better chinese company with a great customer service
