I would let anyone know that I bought a Porter Cable set about 11 years ago when I was in college. The current day equivalent of the set that I got would is $250.
The Rigid set is of much higher quality, but the Porter Cable level stuff got my by as a homeowner for the last 10 years. If your a professional or a craftsman you're going to want to get the better brands.

The deal is really good compared to getting those tools à la carte and it would cost you nearly double if you got them at full price. Even if you used a BOGO hack for every tool, it's right around the same price. Doing the hacks means you will have to go through all the effort of returning those items or having your money tied up for some time.
I think there's really good value in this kit but I did notice, however, that these larger combo sets never carry the highest tier versions of the tools. For example, none of these multi tool combos includes the high torque hammer drill or high torque impact wrench. That's probably not a big deal because the folks using those extra powerful tools probably make money using their tools.
