And looking into the exclusions, this item is specifically excluded (i.e. item # 35377).
But I'm guessing OP (who incidentally happens to be a staff member) didn't even check to see if the code worked before posting this "deal".
I'm not taking it up and down constantly, so I can't really speak to how it would handle constant use.
Biggest reason I went with it was I needed it for a narrow space. And this is far and away the smallest I could find at the time. Like I said, I've been extremely pleased so far.

There are 4 circle things that you can adjust the height with (for uneven floors). But I can't really get a look at them. Common sense would say they screw in and are a standard thread, but that's not a guarantee.
EDIT: Also, this thing is pretty high. So if you're sitting, it's probably at the limit of what you already want. If you add another couple inches of height, it might be really difficult to sit at. I'm tall as it is, and I wouldn't want it any higher for seated.
