This deal is back. Be quick if you want it. Last time it lasted only for a few hours

eero Pro (2nd generation) 802.11 ac tri-band Wifi Mesh Router (Certified Refurbished) $16.24 with Trade In. Sale price $34.99 - $8.75 (25% trade-in discount) - $10 trade-in GC (trade in gift card value will vary depending on the device you are trading in - e.g. Blink XT Camera = $10)

Very cheap way to extend your current eero mesh (works with eero Pro 6/eero Pro 6E) to the farthest corner of your house. Heck, it is even cheaper than regular extenders without the penalty of halving the network speed. At this price, I have added 4 nodes to my eero Pro 6 acting as the gateway (connected to the internet). It is not the latest model but it is still a very capable mesh router. You can definately add these to the eero 6 and any other eero routers.

These are a super solid solution for anyone, especially someone on a budget.

They are wifi 5, not wifi 6, you can add wifi 6 eeros to these or vise versa.

Wifi 5 is plenty for wifi video streaming 4k.

This router has 3 bands, 2.4 and two on 5.8. It uses one of the 5.8 bands for backhaul so you get a great flow throgh the other channel. 2.4 is great for range and home automation blugs, etc.

It also has 2 ethernet ports for running easy wired connections between routers. Most of their products have 1 ethernet and two bands. This eero Pro (5), the eero 6 pro and the eero 6e pro also have 2 ethernet ports and 3 bands.

The one glaring drawback is so many new laptops and devices are already on 6 or 6e.

If you have a complex house with many home automation devies and many tvs, shell out and get wifi 6.

eeros 6e routers are still half bakes. I assume they will be good after the software is progressed.

I have a combination of Eero Pro and Eero Pro 6 in my system. Works just fine.

I've even had eero wifi 5 non pro connected to my pro 6 and worked fine… I think that's why I like eero so much

They all just work in that mesh

I ended up picking up the Eero 6 refurb for $35 after the trade in discount. Gonna put that one in the garage, give the Eero 6 Pro that's currently there to my parents. The Eero 6 Pro is a really interesting product IF you are fully committed to mesh, but I finally was able wire in the garage so now that extra 4x4 backhaul wasn't necessary.

Could it because you have used it before? It is one per customer. Just like most SD-er's I have multiple Amazon accounts and it works on all of them.

Amazon is really trying to clear out it's 5/6s ahead of the 7 release. 5's are solid for speeds that average 300mbs. If you have gig internet, you'll want 6s to get 600mbs average.

I recently purchased a 3 story house. I haven't had to use any mesh or extender devices. I am worried that my current Asus RT68U will not each all corners of the house. Can this eero Pro be used with my current router? It appears that not. Is there another alternative that I can use? Do I have to use mesh routers of the same brand?
