You get 10% off msrp normally being a member (pay back as an annual dividend), free shipping and other small perks. They also give out some tiny profit sharing too occasionally. You can get some cheap/good gear from their garage sales or outlet sales or members sale as well too.

I assume they tie the coupon usage to the MemberID and it will only work once total regardless of whether it's in store or online?

The coupon works on Dometic 12-volt refrigerator/freezers. $250 off the top model. If you off-road or car camp seriously this is a pretty good deal, we love ours.

Update: It also works on some rooftop tents.

What was the issue with it?

Buying here also gives me a year to decide at least… been looking to upgrade my carry on backpack for a while and I like a lot of the small features they have

Hmm the Strato Tech tees are my favorite tshirts ever. Might have to try these, but I've had the long sleeve version and returned it because it almost seemed like a different material.
