I was able to get the following via ATT website chat (please be nice to the agents!!! if you don't get it once try again just be nice)

Talk to chat they can give you a better deal than what you can get via the website

Yeah, thanks. From your screenshot though, I can only see about the smart home bundle in you asking for confirmation. How did it get brought up in the first place though? If I'm going to ask for it they're probably going to want to know what it is or where I saw it, I would assume. I don't see anything on that Amazon page being included in an AT&T deal.

I found out about it in another thread where someone else got this offer when they were about to leave the chat in order to seal the deal
The woman who set me up on the plan through chat mentioned free self-installation, and I said I don't want self-installation, isn't professional installation free? And I need to be able to choose the date I want the installation to take place. She just said yes and that was the end of our chat basically. I logged in and saw I was set for self-installation on the 25th, which wouldn't work for me because I don't own the house yet…
So I called and inquired about it, and they told me they could change the date and do a professional installation, but it will cost $100. I told them to just go ahead and cancel it then and he said hold on a minute and then came back and told me they could give that to me for free.
I will say getting through to customer support was quick at least.
