FYI, Nintendo extended their warranty on joycons because of the stick drift issue. I just sent mine off last week. They mailed pack a brand new pair.

It was super easy, just fill out a warranty form on their website and they'll send you a label.
Yep did the same, I sent in 2 pairs and got new ones sent back about a week later.

I am tempted to downvote this just because this product is a piece (2 pieces) of junk. I have never had any controller break this fast on any console and I have been playing since Atari. I have my switch for 4+ years and I am on my 3rd pair.
So I'm guessing you didn't have an Atari 7200 then? Both of our controllers for that broke in the first month, and we also never used the one that came with our 2600 (the classic big joystick with red button) because that also never worked right. I'm still using our even older Coleco Gemini controllers to play Atari games and they work perfectly still after 40 years.

For me, the switch controllers fall near the bottom in durability, but not the worst. Nintendo has been great with fixing them for free, so while it's a minor annoyance, I appreciate that they didn't completely screw us.

If you're getting a new pair because of joystick drift, you can just buy a GuliKit Hall Effect joystick replacement kit from a certain international website for $15. I did the switch with my original joycons.

If you just wanna get a new set of joycons for other reasons, this is a good deal.
Or just return them to nintendo for a free repair.

Don't forget sending them into Nintendo for a free repair is also an option. It doesn't matter if they are out of warranty they will take them and replace them for you. Takes about 2 weeks, but free is free. Had my switch since launch. Sent 4 joycons all 5 years old and they replaced them no problem. They don't ask for proof of purchase just serial number and put stick drift as the issue.

Thats a very childish reason to downvote something. OP posted a deal, it has nothing to do with Nintendo's poor design

Why is costcos site so broken? No add to cart button and if you click on the cart, it goes to an error page.

This is the way.

I have 2 pair of repaired joycons out for delivery right now. Takes 1 week and costs nothing. Last time my blue/red were replaced and my pink/green were repaired.

A link to get your joycons fixed for free. I saw everyone talking about but no one put a link down.

Not sure if service is still available, but you can send it in to Nintendo to fix for free. It just takes a couple of weeks

Thanks for the recommendation, I tried using a similar kit and broke the drifting controller, but would like to give it another shot
