Great photoshop of 10' long and 3' tall. Looks more like 30x6.

Just remember kids, a Honda Civic is about 15' long so 10' is really really short and 3 feet ain't going to cover squat. Now if you have a balcony on an upper level apartment you are trying to add privacy for the railing this might be great. For a ground level barrier 3x10 may annoy a 3 year old who doesn't yet climb.

A friend of mine painted a beach scene with dunes, beach grass and a picket fence on her uncle's screen. It gives the area around his pool such a party flair ! He had to have the screen because his neighbors would deliberately sit behind their garage with lawn chairs just to gawk.

I'm blessed to live in an older neighborhood that never had an HOA but two new developments were built around our neighborhood and it irks the daylights out of the HOA they can't say one word about where we keep our garbage cans, or how tall our grass gets. FREEDOM !

Regarding HOA, I hung my wetsuit out over the patio railing for like 30 mins, got an email the next day with a picture of it and a note that read "only patio 'approved' furniture and plants only, everything else must be kept inside." Luckily, my patio had a nice big sliding door where I kept all 6 of my wetsuits hung up INSIDE, for months after that. Boy I tell ya, it was pleasant to hear the sweet music of geriatric aneurisms.

I have mowed my lawn exactly once in the last 2 months. It's amazing. It's not even that long since we are well on our way to having a yard with native plants, clover lawn, and native / edible landscaping. None of this would be possible in most HOAs.
Mo' HOA, Mo' Problems.

My neighbor's yard looks like the Clampett's live there. About 5-6 yard tractors, 2-3 Farmall size ones, junked snow blowers and tillers, piles of dead limbs and downed trees cut to sections. I'm seriously contemplating 6-7 of these. This is like less than a half acre lot too.
