I then login to my EPP account and then logged into my samsung account.
I then added the S23 Ultra 256GB to cart and chose the S22 Ultra as trade
I then clicked Continue (not checking the Tablet bundle).
At the Checkout screen, I then go back and add the Tab S9 Ultra and add the Tab S8 as trade.
I then proceed to checkout and all discounts stick making the Tab S9 Ultra $0.00.

This seems like a really good deal for folks who only have a Tab S8 or S8+ and wanted a Tab S9 Ultra.
For me, I've been happy with my S22Ultra 256GB but I'm hoping the S23Ultra has a better battery life.

Or Samsung just send the return label, I have to find a proper box myself?

My order:
S22 ultra 256 GB and S6 lite --> S23 ultra 256 GB and S9 ultra + buds pro 2.
Total is $727.50 total. Of which, $173.53 was CA tax. $4 was recycle fee.
It is decent deal from my perspective. S22u->S23u is kind of wash because there is downgrade of front camera from 40MB pixel to 12MB pixel. And Ram is 12GB to 8GB. But I am doing this for future upgrades to S24 or S25. 8GB is actually plenty.
I got S6LITE for $100 after an iPad 1 trade-in (yes, ipad1) so that upgrade is worth it. I may sell either S7+ or S9 ultra to recoup some loss. I will sell my buds pro 2 for $100 so the final cost should be around $627.50.
My order:
S22+ 256 GB, Tab S8 ultra and S7 FE --> S23 ultra 256 GB, two S9 ultra 512GB
The total is $697.33 with CA tax.

Also saw that the S8U keyboard cover works on the S9U but it gives u a warning but otherwise works perfectly fine. But anyone with a Tab S8 this is a no brainer. I also have a 512gb S22U I think I want to stay at that storage space so this isn't the best for me.
I just paid $250 deductible to replace mt S22U 512gb because my old one was having service issues. I don't think I want to go down to 256gb even though this trade in is the same price as my deductible.
And honestly my Tab S8U has the expensive keyboard cover from last years crazy bundle. Might be worth the cheap upgrade if I was getting the same storage for the S23U
Or Samsung just send the return label, I have to find a proper box myself?
I traded in my S22U + S7 and got the S23U + S9U + Buds Pro (2×) for $476.45 out the door.
Edit: I found out. It's Sumsang's bug. I was able to use S7 FE to get S9 Ultra for $104. But I could only get 1 bud.
