I did this deal using my Windows 11 laptop using Chrome and going to samsung.com directly.

I then login to my EPP account and then logged into my samsung account.

I then added the S23 Ultra 256GB to cart and chose the S22 Ultra as trade

I then clicked Continue (not checking the Tablet bundle).

At the Checkout screen, I then go back and add the Tab S9 Ultra and add the Tab S8 as trade.

I then proceed to checkout and all discounts stick making the Tab S9 Ultra $0.00.

Many thanks for replicating. I'm sure I'm going to get a bunch of thumbs down since this deal may not last long, or it's an EPP/EDU deal, or requires trade-in

This seems like a really good deal for folks who only have a Tab S8 or S8+ and wanted a Tab S9 Ultra.

For me, I've been happy with my S22Ultra 256GB but I'm hoping the S23Ultra has a better battery life.

I don't think Samsung would do anything of that sort. You may however try to sell that S9 Ultra on FB Marketplace, buy a S9 in FB and pocket the difference.

I have a iPhone 14 pro max and was looking to upgrade to 15 but that's pretty much the same. Is this a better phone or android just slow compared to iOS?

Pulled the trigger as well.

Trading in s22 ultra that I got for $180 few months back with the renewed trade in deal.
Trading in tab s7 fe I got with the any tablet trade in year or so ago.
Randomly got a $25 e coupon from samsung so used that too.

Added the s23 ultra screen protector, total is just under $380 after tax.

WTF, I cleared my cart because I wanted to switch from green or graphite color and re-added everything. I'm somehow down to $480 with tax...

It significantly increased the bundled discount + promotional discount

This is an addition to $25 off using the app + Education EPP (It didn't ask me verify in app for some reason)

OK, I have now I have to go for this. I hope this sticks after ordering lol...

Slickdeal always have a way to mess with me. I got the S23U 512MB on the previous deal with the free memroy upgrade along with the regular Tab S9 256MB. With this current deal, the S23U will only be 256MB but I get the Ultra and the total price is cheaper by $100. The thing is I don't really have need for the ultra since I needed the regular S9 this time for note taking and portabiilty. I don't really want to spend time selling the ultra and re-buying the S9.... decision decision.

I'm not sure about you (or everyone) who flips/resells but when you get to a certain point in your career where you don't need the side hustle of reselling, reselling can be a hassle and the small profit made may not be worth the time.

I say stick with what you have and do another trade in deal on next year's devices 😊

100%. I used to buy Lowe's closeouts and resell on ebay years ago. The profit margin got thinner and my time became worth more as I got older. But when I was in college it was a nice side hustle.

Did the S22 for S23 trade yesterday in a nonsales tax state with the $49 earbuds add on and first time app purchase coupon ($25). Sold the buds to a friend for $50 = $225 out the door for the 1 year upgrade

100%, is clear on paper at times but old habbit dies hard. I'll just stick with the original purchase and be happy with it which I will. hug

Fyi. You dont need to enroll in EDU program. Just click EDU button or enter the education store. No verification on phones or tablets. They do ask to verify edu status if buying tvs or laptops or fridges
