For those with Costco membership. Gillette Proglide Plus is currently $39.99 for 16 blades after $13 instant rebate. Per blade price is not too much higher than this deal. Also per Gillette, Proglide Plus > Proglide > Fusion

It's a possibility, but I'd say it's more likely that it's due to a change in manufacturing plant or quality control issues. Things like that happen pretty frequently in this day and age. You should call and let them know. Most companies will send you a coupon for a free replacement or something like that and if there are enough of them, those complaints will get back to someone who deals with things like that. Also, they usually have a code on the package they'll ask for which indicates which plant they came from and when they were produced.

Manufacture coupon count towards the total money spent, so you neeed to add that $8 into it, making it $25.
But actually it's 24.99, so it may trigger the reward even the estimation shows it. Better add a filler.

It's possible someone bought legit ones at Walgreens and returned counterfeit ones. Kept the legit ones and the money.

I appreciate the response and I did contact CS out of the curiosity of fake blades. Coupons are on the way after sending a picture of the razors and packaging.

when i placed the order it showed $10.xx cash in rewards. The order confirmation email shows only 9cents cash in rewards.

Do you guys see $10.xx cash reward in email confirmation?
