I just bought a ps5. I did not get the banner or email, but if you navigate to the games on the store, you will be able to download one of them for free. That S what I did at least.

I got the email. I am an active PS4 user with no PS5 (yet) so they are probably targeting active PS3/4 players to upgrade.

Got the email, but when I went to do the free upgrade for Miles Morales, it used the offer. Had to escalate the case and upload the screenshot of the offer. Let's see what happens.
